Join BIMA’s regular Growth Circle event about Agency Partnerships, hosted by BIMA’s Future Growth Council. This event aims to enhance your agency’s current and future partnerships for optimal growth, with a different focus each time.

What’s it about?
This month’s session is all about alternative commercial models. From productisation of services, to charging for outputs and outcomes, we’ll be discussing different ways of monetising your value.

It’s an interactive session encouraging connections and shared experiences for mutual benefit. So come prepared to talk about any new models that you’ve tried, including what’s worked, what hasn’t and the hurdles you faced - including push-back from clients.

As a group, we’ll share successes and failures, ensuring you leave with actionable ideas to implement, boosting your ability to change the conversation with your clients, reduce your reliance on the billable hour and improve your bottom line.

What to expect
An interactive discussion with a 20 minute breakout session. We will then regroup and share findings from each breakout room, followed by a Q&A Session

Who is this for?
This session is for senior agency leaders and decision-makers accountable for their agency’s growth and alliances.

Hosted by Future Growth Council members:
  • Rebecca Crook, Future Growth Council Co-Chair
  • Robin Bonn, Founder at Co:Definery & Future Growth Council Co-Chair
  • Kay Edwin, Client Partnerships Principal and Functional Fitness Guru, AND Digital
